Conservation Society AGM 2018. There will be an Election for Chairman of the RCS.

The Conservation Society AGM will be held in Rye Town Hall on Friday 27 April at 11.15 am. Members are asked to arrive before 11.00 if possible as there will be membership checks on the door.

The deadline for nominations for the Executive Committee has now passed. There were two valid nominations for Chairman and therefore an election will be held at the AGM.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2017 have been distributed to members and can also be viewed and/or downloaded via this Web Site.

Following the AGM the Rye Conservation Society Annual Lunch will be held in the the Tudor Room of the Mermaid Inn at 12.30. Members should have received a booking form for this lunch. See Menu HERE We have received around 44 bookings so far, so other members or friends who wish to attend should return their form and cheque as soon as possible.
