Conservation Society Christmas Gathering
We will soon be in the Christmas season and we are fortunate to be able to hold a Christmas Gathering in the historic Rye Town Hall on Friday 8 December early evening from 6-8
pm and very much hope to see a good turn out of members and friends for locally sourced mince pies, drinks and conversation.
We have invited Andi Rivett, the Rye Town Mayor, Sally-Ann Hart, MP for Rye & Hastings, Keith Glazier, Leader of East Sussex CC, and newly elected local Rother Councillors Simon McGurk and Cheryl Creaser.
We hope that proceedings will be opened by Paul Goring, the Rye Town Crier at 6 pm
There will be a raffle for a couple of worthwhile Christmas prizes to be drawn at 7.00pm
Payment for the Party will be at the door, £5 for members cash or cheque. We will also be happy to collect subscriptions for the coming year for members renewing or from new members.
